100% of all donations made to the UNWOFAM Fund will go directly to providing support and care for victims of violence and abuse.
What is UNWOFAM Fund?
(UNWOFAM) Unity World Family Fund– is solely reserved to directly support Victims of Violence and abuse.
With the donations made to UNWOFAM Fund, we funnel funds directly to victims of violence to support them in accessing critical services and support in times of crisis to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
What kind of support for UNWOFAM does the fund provide?
Some examples of the categories UNWOFAM will prioritize Unity World Family funds include:
Counseling sessions for Young Boys and Girls who are victims of abuse and trauma. Legal help for victims of abuse or individuals looking to leave abusive situations who are in the streets. Financial help in saving lives in a reproductive health service.
Emergency housing, transportation, and safety planning for victims of abuse, who live in the streets in dirty environments.
Case management for Victims includes providing referrals, information, and support.
Why give to the UNWOFAM Fund?
Many victims of UNWOFAM are also victims of financial abuse. “the number one reason UNWOFAM Victims stay on drugs or return to abuse is that they cannot afford to get the help they need or have the people who help them stay safe.”
UNWOFAM becomes the new family and helps to give them the most urgent needs to get and helping them to stay safe during the pandemic, they need help with cash and Love, followed by support paying utility bills, paying down very important debt, and employment of safety.
