The Founder of this Project

“If we nurture the dreams of children, the world will be blessed. If we destroy them, the world is doomed!

I am Sonie D Jallah, Was born 23.10.1983 daughter from John K.Jallah and Albertha S.Tokpa in Monrovia, Liberia (West Africa).

My father is a medical doctor, and my mother is a therapist. I helped my father with ambulatory care, so I'm used to handling patients, saving life's interested me very much in my life and I helped people from my earning, just not to see them suffer when they cannot afford to care for themselves and family, this is my greatest hobby.

Unfortunately, the War came to Liberia, and I had to leave my family and flee to a refugee camp in Ghana, where we found accommodation in the UNHCR refugee camp. Blessedly, we could attend their helpful courses for women enhancing various practical skills. We learned how to cook as housewifely, to make up someone attractive while applying paint sparingly. We learned to cut hair, take care of the skin and nails, so I'm used to the elementary needs of people.

I first started learning about computers in Guinea, Gueckedou, where I finished high school and learned how to make clothes. We use colors to add to the clothes and gave them a beautiful look to wear.

Unfortunately I have no Certificates for all other task learnt, but in the first two classes of the CISCO networking I do have a Certificated therefore I have a good technical understanding and use of computers.

In Accra, Ghana I married my German husband Georg Scheffczyk in September 2nd 2005.

In April 2007 I moved from Ghana to my husband's house in Bochum, Germany semperstrasse. In Germany I got a certification in fundamental German and have two children a boy and a girl.

I founded this project unity world family because I have gone through a lot of suffering in my own life and know what it is to be alone in the world without a hope or hand to hold on to and have stayed days without food to eat and only water to drink, so I would not like anyone suffer like I did. I want to always be of help knowing that I cannot save the world but helping to save someone will be my greatest happiness.

I had work with a bush under the GTZ (German organization for technical cooperation) in Guinea and had friends who work with the IRC (International Rescue Committee) from where I learnt about Non-Profit work and I feel is my calling to save and develop lives.

I wish that my project the ‘Unity World Family’ can go world wild where I can encourage a lot of people to work in my faith and teach them how to see the values and importance of life of people, love the job as a charity and not the money, appreciate people they work for and help bring together the world in safety and love. No matter who, where and what a person may be, I think all human being are equal. I sent my Love out to all children around the world, who are victims of War and Abuse.
